*ATTENTION/CAUTION*
This park does sit "next to" Lake Chapin but it is quite a ways away and there is a VERY steep downward slope so if you have children that like to run make sure you keep your eyes on them.
The surrounding Roadways are traveled by people who live there but its not on a Main road so speeds are decreased.

Pros:
- Great Facility and very large play area!
- Bathrooms available(we did not enter them but from the outside they looked maintained)
- Trash Cans available in multiple locations
- Covered eating area
- Benches in the play area for resting time
Cons:
- On the main play area(for older kids) there is a ladder area that is hidden from view and if you have an investigative toddler (like I do) they may find it and try to climb and could fall.
- Drinking fountain didn't work when we were there and seemed to be only 1 that was in play area
